Step 2Remit Fees

Once your application has been approved by our Admissions Office, you will receive a Letter of Admission. When you received this letter, please make your initial fee payment. Payment instructions will be the letter regarding banking information.

Please note: If your study permit is denied, the fees will be refunded minus $2,500 plus
bank fees.

Step 3Apply for Study Permit

Once your payment of tuition fees have been received, CIC will send you a letter of acceptance, along with other necessary documents to apply for your VISA.

Step 4Confirm Enrollment

Inform CIC (info@cicbaden.ca) as soon as you receive confirmation your study permit has been authorized.

Step 5Finalize Enrollment

  • pay remaining balance of fees
  • Confirm airport pick-up and send flight information to info@cicbaden.ca

Please note: All flight information must be received at least one week in advance in order to allow time to arrange airport pick-up and accommodation.
