The principal reserves the right to have medications dispensed at the school on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis under supervision.
To work effectively together, please accurately complete the Medical Form listing pertinent medical information and medicine. It is always the best policy to be honest about health issues so the school can do a better job at keeping your child safe. It is mandatory that Canadian Independent College is informed of ALL medications a student takes. Natural medicines and vitamins are included in this category.
